Club Details

On this page you will find lots of useful information about the Club including how to find us and how to become a member. Also, details of our Committee are available. You can also download a copy of our Rules and a Membership Application form.




Location

The Radio Society of Harrow (RSH) meets mainly on the second and fourth Fridays of each month. All meetings start at 8pm and finish no later than 10pm.

We meet at The Elsie Fischer Room, St Lawrence Centre, St Lawrence Church, 2 Bridle Road, Eastcote, Pinner HA5 2SJ. Please see the programme for details of each meeting.

The church has some parking spaces, and you can also park in the road outside. The car park has a one-way access system - please respect this. Enter on the left as you look at the car park.

Membership

We welcome new members. If you would like to join, then fill out the membership form that can be downloaded here and give it or send it to any Committee Member. The membership fee is payable January each year. Fees should be sent to the Treasurer and are also payable electronically.

Current subscription rates are shown below.

Full membership: £16;
Concessionary membership: £10;
Junior membership: £5;
Family membership: £24.

The Concessionary rate applies to Senior Citizens (65 and over) and may also be applied at the Treasurer’s discretion for those who are early retired or out of work. The Junior rate applies to those under 18 and in full time education. The Family rate applies for two or more members from the same family and living at the same address and is capped at £24.

How to pay electronically:

  1. Set-up a standing order with your bank to pay RSH £16 (or other applicable rate) each year;
  2. Transfer the money into our Lloyds Bank current account from your own if you have an on-line or telephone banking facility;

IMPORTANT NOTE: Send or give cheques to the Treasurer (see below) rather than trying to pay them in yourself.

Please include a reference with the payment details which should be your surname, call sign or both so we can clearly see from whom the payment has come.

How to pay by cash or cheque

  1. Hand to the Treasurer (Chris, G4AUF) at a Club meeting
  2. Post to the Treasurer at: 102A Sharps Lane, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 7JB. Don't forget to put your name and callsign (if any) on the back of the cheque.
  3. Cheques should be payable to "Radio Society of Harrow"
